IGLs and coaches are priced based on their team's rank. Riflers and AWPers are priced based on individual performance in their last five matches.
Pick 6 players under your budget: 1 IGL, 1 AWPer, 2 Riflers, 1 Flex (Rifler or AWPer), and 1 Coach, with a maximum of 3 players from the same team.
